Shining Through The Night

Unfortunately, our cry for a roofed indoor work area has not been heard yet and we are still working on Earl in our drive way.

The dusk is coming quite early here in the Northern parts of the US at this time of the year, which is why we invested a set of working lights to bring the “daylight” at the same level as our unbroken renovation desire again.

The more common getting chilly days give us as well the opportunity to try out how well a space heater would work in our future home.

We picked up a simple ceramic heater and we are quite impressed how quickly a standard 1500W device is heating the Airstream fairly well and allows us to detach rivets, screws and nuts without clumsy wool gloves.

Anyway, still in the destruction phase, all interior is gone including the toilet and most of the piping. Next step the panels and fiberglass insulation…
